Perform administrative, clerical and archival work of the technical department
Perform project management work (under construction, warranty, maintenance): Receive information about warranty products and arrange inspection engineers, make records of handling and coordinate with customer service to perform warranty and repair goods for customers under the signed contract.
Manage equipment and tools of technical department: Making goods receipt/ goods issue and hand over assets to technical staff when there is a need to use the work after the assignment plan from the head of the department
Job requirements:
Gender: Male/Female
Qualifications: University degree in business, economics, foreign trade, foreign languages or engineering related to electronics, telecommunications or automation or computer networks
Read and understand letters – email in English (Communication is an advantage)
Accept the mission and overtime as required work
Benefits:
Salary: the wage agreements in interview
Working time: from Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, lunch break 1 hour)
